Should i get one?

Should i get this one? I am a little worried because of the Lack of scroll wheel or scroll ring. Is there a way to program that? And does somebody have some experience with it? I am also considering the logitech marble and kensington orbit. However with the orbit, i dont like the Button placement. Its like you need to press down whereas with the marble its more like you press inside. Do you know what i mean?
